This is a Sunday outfit that Rebel (a convert from Shay's mission) gave Hayzen when she came to Utah to visit. This was the last time we had him wear the pants because he's just getting so tall. "I love the outfit, Rebel. Thanks for making me look so handsome on Sundays."
